Biography

Rev. Msgr. Thomas Olszyk is a priest of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, ordained 21 May 1971. From 1978 to 2001, he served as Catholic Chaplain in the United States Air Force. Retiring in 2001, he began studies at the Angelicum in Canon Law and received the Licentiate in Canon Law in June, 2003. After a term as Adjutant Judicial Vicar in the Tribunal of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, he was permitted to accept the position as Judicial Vicar for the Archdiocese of the Military Services, USA, with headquarters in Washington, D.C. He has served as an Adjunct Faculty member for the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception since 2009. He received the papal Prelate of Honor 22 December 2008.
