Biography

Fr. Boguslawski was born in Waterbury, Connecticut, and grew up in Thomaston. He has been a member of the Order of Preachers since 1981, and was ordained a priest in 1987. He holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in New Testament Studies and Theology from Yale University. First as its Dean of Studies from 2001, Fr. Boguslawski was named the Rector/President of Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit in 2003. He also served at the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception in the offices of Vice President and Academic Dean as well as provincial Regent of Studies. He is the author of several books focusing upon Jewish-Catholic relations in the writings of St. Thomas Aquinas, as well as co-editor of two books on the new evangelization urged by Pope John Paul II.
